I thought I would do something different today and show you what I carry in my bag.  This particular bag is fairly new because I recently purchased it at H&M a couple of weeks ago.  When I first saw it hanging on the rack I couldn't believe that it was in the store, so I inquired about it and found out that it was the only one in the store.  So, you know I had to go ahead and buy it:)  When it comes to handbags I love all of them.  Which style is your favorite?

Here is my bag and the contents of my bag:  my wallet, a pair of sunglasses, makeup case, cell phone, gum, candy, notebook and pen, and mug sleeve.

I believe now that it is officially going to remain cold here in Indiana, why?  This morning the temperature was 37 degrees and I believe it only reached up to the middle 50's that's why.  I'm glad  I've already packed my spring/summer clothes, but I still need to unpack my fall/winter clothes.   Luckily I have enough fall/winter clothes in my closet now that I'm ok.

Anyway, I purchased my yellow gingham shirt on Old Navy online later on in the summer and I've only worn it once, but I didn't post about it.  However, since I liked the shirt so much I thought I would wear it again for my blog:)  This time I decided to wear my shirt with a pair of skinny jeans, a neutral colored handbag and shoes, and gold accessories.  Also, I wore my Burberry Jacket and scarf, but I took it off for my photos.

Lately it's been getting pretty cool here in Indiana, but today the weather reached into the high 70's, so I thought that I would wear a pair of capris one last time until next spring.  I bought a red peplum at Forever 21 several weeks ago and I have been dying to wear it, so when I heard the weather would be really nice, knew I had to wear my polka dot capris about with my red peplum top.

I decided to wear my peplum and capris with a pair of black flats, my Gucci hobo, and black & gold accessories.

While putting the finishing touches on my Go Green Tote, I realized I had a quite a bit of red fabric leftover, so I decided to make a quick trip to Joann's Fabric Store to pick up some coordinating fabric to make a zipper pouch, Kindle case, and sunglass pouch out of my scraps.  However,  I've never learned how to sew on a zipper, but it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, I eventually figured it out.  So, from start to finish it only took me a couple of hours to complete my pouch and it was so worth it because I made it.  I can't wait to finish my tote and start making my new Kindle case and sunglass pouch.  When I'm done with my tote, I will post photos, so you can see how everything turned out.

For today's outfit I decided to wear a blouse I purchased from Old Navy several months ago off their clearance rack for $6.  However, after buying it for whatever reason I didn't think that I had anything in my closet to pair with it, so it hung in my closet all summer.  On Sunday I decided to take out my two strand twists and I thought what better day to wear my blouse than on Monday, I knew with my big afro, my blouse and pair of shoes I'd have that 70's theme going on.  Of course while taking pictures my oldest son tells me I look like I'm from the 70's with my outfit and big afro.  HA!!

So I decided to pair my blouse with bootcut jeans, brown sandals and hobo by Onna Ehrlich which by the way will be on sale tomorrow on Hautelook so you may want to stop by and check it out, and gold accessories.

Today I decided to wear a Gray Sleeveless Dress I purchased at Banana Republic a couple of years ago, this dress literally hung in my closet brand new with tags until this past April when I lost weight.  On a couple of occasions I almost gave it away to Goodwill and a consignment shop, but for whatever reason I couldn't.  However, after losing my weight I was able to fit into it, I so happy I didn't give it away;)

Although this is my second time wearing my dress, I wanted to wear it again for my blog and before the weather changed.  So I decided to pair my Gray Sleeveless Dress with a black skinny belt, gray suede pumps, a pink flower pin, black handbag and silver watch.

My outfit for today is a Print Ruffle Tank Top I recently purchased at JCPenney's while I was looking around the store to see if they had anything.  While I was there I absolutely fell in love with the red, white and blue bird print and ruffles on the top.  I also, thought the colors on the top made it look really festive and fun.   Although the top was on sale for only $14,  it's still on sale now in stores and online.  So I decided to pair my top with red capris, flat sandals, a tote, and red and gold accessories.
