The Nail Files: Tangy Tangerine

For today's manicure, I wanted to use a new gel polish set I bought recently called Gelli Beans. I bought this particular gel polish set online from Hautelook for a great price, and I wanted to try it out. So, for my polish I used Tangy Tangerine and for my middle fingernails I used a Julie G nail polish called Light It Up.

Splurge vs. Save

I'm a girly girl and love all things fashion, so when asked if I'd like to participate in a campaign on splurging vs. saving, I was delighted to join in on the fun.  Recently, I've been looking for a pair of nude pumps to add to my growing collection of shoes, so while searching in-store & online I found a beautiful pair of Christian Louboutin's Rolando Hidden-Platform pumps at Bergdorf Goodman for $795.  Pretty shoes, but a little on the pricey side.

So, I continued searching until I found a pair of Vince Camuto "Kain" pumps at Nordstrom for only $88.95.  SCORE!  What a great price, not only do I love my new pumps, I get compliments every time I wear them.  I'm so happy I didn't go with the Bergdorf Goodman pair.
