Gray Skies

Gray Sleeveless Dress (Banana Republic), Pink Flower Pin (Forever 21), Gray Suede Pumps (Nine West), Watch Burberry via (Macy's), Handbag Givenchy via (Bergdorf Goodman), and Cape ( New York & Company) not pictured, and Sunnies House of Harlow 1960 Chelsea via (Amazon).

Today I decided to wear a Gray Sleeveless Dress I purchased at Banana Republic a couple of years ago, this dress literally hung in my closet brand new with tags until this past April when I lost weight.  On a couple of occasions I almost gave it away to Goodwill and a consignment shop, but for whatever reason I couldn't.  However, after losing my weight I was able to fit into it, I so happy I didn't give it away;)

Although this is my second time wearing my dress, I wanted to wear it again for my blog and before the weather changed.  So I decided to pair my Gray Sleeveless Dress with a black skinny belt, gray suede pumps, a pink flower pin, black handbag and silver watch.

Birds of a Feather

Print Ruffle Tank Top MNG for Mango via (JC Penney), Capris (New York & Company), Sandals (Payless ShoeSource), Tote (Zara), Gold Chain Bracelet (Forever 21), Renegade Cluster Bracelet (Stella & Dot), Red Bracelet Lullu D Jewelry via (etsy), Gold Zig Zag Ring (Asos), and Sunnies (Forever 21).

My outfit for today is a Print Ruffle Tank Top I recently purchased at JCPenney's while I was looking around the store to see if they had anything.  While I was there I absolutely fell in love with the red, white and blue bird print and ruffles on the top.  I also, thought the colors on the top made it look really festive and fun.   Although the top was on sale for only $14,  it's still on sale now in stores and online.  So I decided to pair my top with red capris, flat sandals, a tote, and red and gold accessories.

Colorblocking

Pre-Colorblocked Blouse Romwe, Capris Worthington via JCPenney, Nude Wedges Nine West, Watch Michael Kors via ebay, Basilissa-Pave Bracelet via Ily Couture, and Tote  Zara.

I thought I would do something different to switch up my style, so I decided on colorblocking.  What's Colorblocking?  Combining a solid colored piece with a different solid colored piece, for example a red blouse and a blue skirt.  A Pre-Colorblocked piece has two different solid colors on it instead of one solid color.  Both combinations look great when styled.

Anyway, I purchased my blouse from Romwe this past spring and I've been dying to wear it, but didn't think I had anything to pair it with.  Who would have thought I all this time I already had a pair of orange capris hanging in my closet that looks great with it.  I decided to pair my shirt with orange capris, a pair of nude wedges, a tote, and my new Ily Bracelet.

Flowers

Floral T-Shirt (H&M), Orange Capris Worthington via (JC Penney), Nude Wedges (Nine West), Yellow Belt (H&M), Color Blocked Clutch (Francesca's Collection's), Watch Michael Kors via (ebay),
Bangles Michael Kors via (Macy's) and (Francesca's Collections).
This week has been a very busy week for me because my church has been running their Vacation Bible School Program in the evenings.  Also, since I'm a member of our Children's Ministry Department I've helped run one of the VBS stations.  However, I'm still trying to keep up with my daily posts.
My outfit today, I actually wore a couple days ago but decided to go ahead and post about it.  It's a Floral T-Shirt I purchased from H&M, if you remember it was featured on an earlier post of mine about my Sunday Shopping Trip.  I decided to wear this Floral T-Shirt because it's still hot here in Indy and I love wearing bright colors which are on the front of the shirt.  I paired the shirt with an orange pair of capris, nude wedges, a color blocked clutch, and accessories. Enjoy!

Paisley

Paisley T-Shirt (H&M), Khaki Shorts (Target), Espadrille Wedges (Old Navy), Handbag (Francesca's Collections), Watch Michael Kors via (ebay), Bangles (Francesca's Collections & Banana Republic).

Yesterday was a laid back day for me, my boys had a birthday party to go to in the afternoon, so I decided to go and run some errands.  While out, I picked up a bottle of Essie Nail Polish called Meet me at Sunset (not shown) and a few other goodies.

Anyway, my outfit for the day is a paisley T-Shirt I purchased from H&M awhile ago.  I chose this T-Shirt because I loved the pattern and colors, I decided to pair the T-Shirt with khaki shorts, espadrille wedges, a coral handbag, and accessories.

PS...I will also include a picture of my toes tomorrow...Enjoy!

Shopping Deals

 Floral Blouses (H&M)

 Pink Dress (H&M)

Pink Belt (H&M)
 Brown Sunnies (Forever 21)

Black, Coral, and Pink Flowers (Forever 21)

Yesterday I got a chance to go the mall, so I decided to stop by H&M an Forever 21.   H&M is one of my favorite stores because their clothes are unique and their prices are very reasonable.  While there,  I saw these sundresses that come in several colors for under $18, so I chose a pink one.  As I was looking around I saw these colorful floral blouses, so I picked up a two of them each under $15 a piece and a pink belt.
My last stop was Forever 21 and I decided to browse in their accessory section to see what goodies they had in stock.  I saw a these brown sunglasses for under $6 and flower bows  that were under $4 a piece, so I picked up 3 different colors :)  All and all, I didn't think I did bad for a Sunday shopping trip.  Enjoy!

Stripes

Striped Dress (Old Navy), Sandals Sam Edelman via (Nordstrom Rack), Large Yellow Clutch (Asos), Watch Michael Kors via (ebay), and Bangle Michael Kors via (Macy's).

It's dry and humid here in Indy, so I decided to wear this colorful striped dress I purchased from Old Navy in the spring.  I wore the dress once before I started my blog and I liked it so much I decided to wear it again.  This dress was chosen because I loved the vibrant colors, the material was very light weight, and breathable.  I decided to pair my dress with gold sandals, a large yellow clutch (not shown) and accessories.  Enjoy!
